Refund & Cancellation Policy

Rental payments are billed weekly or monthly in accordance with the customer's rental agreement.

All rental payments are non-refundable once a rental period has begun.

Cancellations made prior to vehicle delivery may be eligible for a partial refund at the sole discretion of Valley Mobility Texas LLC.

Administrative fees, prior rental periods, and usage charges are non-refundable.

Failure to meet eligibility or verification requirements may result in cancellation without vehicle delivery.
